Studio Policies

Our studio policies are published here for your review. If you have any questions about our policies just ask!

Your Session

Your session fee pays for the time and talent of our photographer and does not include any finished portraits. You’ll pay your session fee at the time of your consultation and session scheduling. Even though your session fee is non-refundable, we can reschedule with 48 hours notice in case of an emergency. If you have a sick pet/child on the day of the session, please call us to reschedule. 

Please bring only the people to be photographed since spectators can be quite distracting. This is especially important with pets and kids, Since they are easily distracted by people they know and love. Of course parents are always welcome!

Viewing and Ordering

Your viewing/ordering appointment happens at the studio and we schedule it at your convenience.  You will place your order at this time. All decision makers need to attend the viewing/ordering session. 

You’ll see the all best images from your session, and we’ll have some suggestions ready for you based on your style and desires we learned at your consultation. This is when we have fun exploring all we can do with your portraits!

Delivery

Your order will be completed in about 6-8 weeks. However, some orders may take longer. First, we’ll create your final artwork with expert retouching then our hand picked production partners will hand-make every piece. We’ve scoured the globe and picked the very best producers of everything we offer, from gallery wraps, framed art, and heirloom albums.

Payment

We are creating one of a kind artwork for your family, so your order is non-cancellable. Payment is made when your order is placed.  

You can pay by cash, check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Our payment plan is also a popular option.
