Create your Living Profile Picture email signature

Step 1:
Upload your picture to Google Drive. Right-click the file, then click on “Get link”

Step 2: In the window that comes up, change the visibility to “Anyone with the link”

Step 3: Click “Copy link”

Step 4: Paste that link into the box below and click “Convert Link”

Your new link to use for your living profile picture (click to copy):

Step 5: Visit the HubSpot email signature generator on a full size screen (it isn’t available on mobile)

Go through the four tabs on the left to customize your signature.
You’ll enter the link above on the fourth tab, under “Profile Picture”
When you have it just the way you want, click “Create Signature” below the picture.
Follow the instructions to add it to your emails!
